About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will verify care plans, collaborate with RNs and physicians, teach self-care techniques to patients, check vital signs, perform medication reconciliations, and carry out specialized procedures as ordered. You will also be responsible for preparing treatment materials and completing documentation accurately and timely.
About You
Required:
- One year of clinical LPN experience.
- Current LPN license specific to the state of employment.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
