About the Role
As a Law Clerk, you will work directly with attorneys on complex business and intellectual property disputes in federal and state court. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting research memoranda, analyzing documents, and supporting trial preparation and case administration.
About You
Required:
- Enrollment in an accredited law school.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interest in litigation and trials.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with business and/or IP law.
- Based in metro Detroit.
