As a Project Controls Specialist, you will lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, develop and maintain project budgets and timelines, and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews. You will assist in the selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams, review requisitions and change orders, and may supervise project managers, space planners, and CAD operators. You will also participate in marketing services to clients and provide necessary documentation and reports to clients and management teams.
