Hightouch is seeking a Developer Productivity Engineer to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves taking responsibility for the monorepo and the 'path to production' for over 50 engineers, enhancing productivity and ensuring efficient deployment processes.
About the Role
As a Developer Productivity Engineer, you will own the build/test/deploy processes, improve monorepo productivity, drive excellence in testing, and support a multi-region and multi-cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering teams to enhance their productivity and ensure operational excellence.
About You
Required:
Strong development fundamentals with experience in improving build/test/deploy processes.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred:
Experience as a member of a developer-productivity team.
Proven track record of delivering code that improves developer productivity metrics.
Benefits
Salary range of $180k–$320k, location independent.
Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
