Phil-Am Agency is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join their team in Houston, TX. The role involves engaging with clients both in-person and over the phone to provide insurance solutions including Medicare, ACA, Life, and Supplemental products.
About the Role
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you will educate and assist clients in selecting the best insurance products, conduct sales appointments in both field and call center settings, follow up with leads, maintain compliance with regulations, and build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.

Required:
Appointment Release from current upline (Required if currently licensed)
Ability to work in a hybrid environment (both field & call center)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Must be a self-driven individual
Preferred:
Active Health & Life Insurance License
Medicare Sales Experience
