Roush is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team in Livonia, MI. The role involves entering data and maintaining employee records, managing HR communications, and supporting various HR functions.
About the Role
As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for entering and updating new hires and contractors in the HRIS, managing the HR general e-mail account, administering relocation benefits, completing employment verifications, and recommending process improvements. You will also support HR team members with data entry and audits.
About You
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum (2) years of professional administrative experience.
Strong data entry skills.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee records.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred:
Associate degree in Human Resources or related field.
Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends for special projects.
