Integrity is seeking a Director, People & Culture Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives for corporate functions in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on organizational design, change management, talent management, and leadership coaching.
About the Role
As the Director, People & Culture Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Shared Services Leadership team, partner with executive teams to design organizational frameworks, support talent management initiatives, advocate for Shared Services needs in HR program development, lead a team of People & Culture Business Partners, and mediate employee relations issues.
About You
Required:
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience supporting corporate functions within large corporate organizations.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy to resolve sensitive issues.
Proven ability to influence various levels of leadership without direct authority.
Preferred:
Experience in Business Partner, Organizational Design, and Talent Management functions.
Strong judgement and analytical skills necessary to investigate complaints and recommend solutions.
Excellent internal consulting skills and ability to build partnerships at all levels within the organization.
