- Experience on construction sites, AV, lighting, shading, control, and networks.
- Ability to climb ladders, use power tools & hand tools, and lift 50 lbs.
- A steady work history with at least 3 years between job changes.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record and reliable transportation.
- High emotional intelligence and a pleasant disposition.
- Experience with troubleshooting systems like Savant, Control4, Crestron, Josh.Ai, and Lutron QSX.
- Advanced understanding of networking and wiring.
