Summary

FullStack is seeking a Principal Agentic Engineer to join their team remotely in the USA. The role involves defining the architecture for global enterprises to adopt agentic workflows and serving as a strategic consultant and technical lead.

About the Role

As a Principal Agentic Engineer, you will be responsible for guiding Fortune 500 clients and regulated industries in transitioning from traditional development to AI-augmented engineering productivity. Your role will include assessing current engineering states, defining roadmaps for agentic solutions, and engaging with engineering leadership to defend architectural decisions and consult on best practices.

About You

Required:

8-10+ years of professional software development experience with a deep understanding of full-stack architectures (e.g., Java, Python, C#, React, Node, React Native, etc.).
Advanced English proficiency.
Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer.
Deep fluency in Agentic Tooling like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or GitHub Copilot.
Experience designing development processes where AI systems generate the majority of implementation code.

Preferred:

Exceptional soft skills and ability to represent the FullStack team with confidence.
Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
