About the Role
As a Property Management Assistant, you will be responsible for general administrative support, including clerical tasks, scheduling, and data entry. You will also assist with vacation rental support by responding to guest inquiries, managing reservation portals, and coordinating maintenance. Additionally, you will provide long-term property management support by answering phones, scheduling showings, and assisting with lease management.
About You
Required:
Prior administrative experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred:
Experience in vacation rentals, property management, hospitality, or customer service.
AppFolio experience.
Familiarity with social media platforms.
Knowledge of local attractions.
