Summary
Nightwing is seeking a Site Security Manager to join their team in Sandy, UT. The role involves managing the security of a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Program and ensuring compliance with various security policies and procedures.
About the Role
As a Site Security Manager, you will oversee the security operations of a Special Projects ELITE (SPE) program, maintain the integrity of the SCIF, manage access control systems, and lead a small team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with program management, conducting security inspections, and ensuring compliance with NISPOM and ICD standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant security experience, or an advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience.
- Proficiency with SCI security requirements, Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), and the NISPOM.
- Experience using clearance databases such as Scattered Castles, DISS, and Access Commander.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and follow-through on tasks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred:
- Experience in personnel support or small team management.
- Vendor management experience.
- Experience working away from corporate and/or program headquarters.
