Summary
IJW Whiskey Company is seeking an HR Business Partner - Organization Effectiveness to join their team in Beverly Hills, CA. The role focuses on enhancing organizational clarity, leadership capability, and cultural cohesion across the company's operating units.
About the Role
As the HR Business Partner - Organization Effectiveness, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining organizational structures, ensuring clear job descriptions, and partnering with leaders to improve effectiveness. You will act as a strategic advisor, support headcount planning, and deliver monthly organizational effectiveness reports. Additionally, you will own the leadership development strategy and assess leadership effectiveness across the organization.
About You
Required:
- 8-12+ years of HR experience including HRBP or Org Effectiveness roles.
- Experience supporting senior executives and complex organizations.
- Strong background in job architecture and organizational design.
- Experience working with both highly compensated exempt and entry-level hourly employees.
- Experience leveraging an HRIS for Talent Management (preference Dayforce).
Preferred:
- Experience in TopCo/OpCo environments.
- Background in consumer brands, manufacturing, or regulated industries.
- Experience facilitating leadership programs.
- Education in organizational development or leadership.
