About the Role
As a Contact Center Specialist, you will assist members by providing information and resolving inquiries via telephone or correspondence. Your responsibilities will include researching and solving member questions, cross-selling products, verifying accounts, and maintaining confidentiality of member information. You will also assist with loan applications and ensure a pleasant and efficient service experience.
About You
Required:
1-2 years of experience working in a Credit Union or other financial institution.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Current working knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
Preferred:
Experience in a call center environment.
Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential data.
A positive, 'can do' attitude.
