About the Role
As an Outside Sales Professional, you will cover a dedicated territory, making sales calls and scheduling in-person meetings with business owners. You will utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads, respond to client inquiries, and build a client portfolio. The position requires a high level of autonomy, with ongoing training and support from a veteran sales team.
About You
Required:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections quickly.
Active Drivers License and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.
Preferred:
Background in competitive sports, coaching, athletics, or competitive leagues.
Experience in sales, athletics, or leadership roles.
Ability to adapt and think outside the box.
