Summary
ABA360 is seeking a part-time Apoyo para Niños con Autismo to join their team in Bridgeton, NJ. The role involves providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to empower children with Autism.
About the Role
As an Apoyo para Niños con Autismo, you will be responsible for delivering individualized ABA services, supporting skill development, and creating a positive learning environment. Your daily tasks will include implementing treatment plans, recording session data, and collaborating with families to enhance treatment outcomes.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to communicate comfortably in Spanish.
- Basic proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Willingness to learn and a strong passion for helping children with Autism.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Experience as an ABA Therapist or working with children or individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Experience in education or early childhood development.
- Experience in childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship.
- Experience as a teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide.
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services.
