Legend Biotech is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join their Technical Operations team in Raritan, NJ. The role involves supporting the production of personalized cell therapies in a sterile cGMP environment.

About the Role

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will perform real-time floor service tasks such as kitting, inventory management, and data entry. You will ensure compliance with safety policies and cGMP requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support production tasks and drive continuous improvements in manufacturing processes.

About You

Required:

H.S. Diploma with relevant experience or Certificate/Associate’s degree in a scientific or health services field.
0-1 years of Operations experience within a cGMP environment in the biotech/biopharma industry.
Proficient computer skills to navigate specialized software and databases.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health services field.
Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance related to manufacturing cell-based products.
Clear verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
