Novo Nordisk is seeking a Quality Control Analyst I - IV Micro to join their team in West Lebanon, NH. The role involves supporting Quality Control operations in microbiology, analytical, or inspection areas, ensuring compliance with quality regulations and guidelines.

About the Role

As a Quality Control Analyst, you will independently perform low complexity testing, execute moderate complexity testing with minimal support, and perform high complexity testing with support. You will complete routine equipment maintenance, support equipment qualifications, participate in deviations and laboratory investigations, update standard operating procedures, deliver training, and contribute to continuous improvement activities.

About You

Required:

Associate’s degree in a scientific discipline with three years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of laboratory practices such as aseptic technique and use of pipettes.
Ability to understand and execute established written instructions.
Good organization and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with one year of relevant experience.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industry.
