As a Customer Technical Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing communications through phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, processing new service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction. About You
Required:
2 years of customer service experience, with at least 1 year in a contact center setting.
A customer-first mindset with demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer care.
Preferred:
6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic network/Wi-Fi issues.
Previous telecommunications experience.
