About the Role
As a Datacenter Technician, you will act as the on-site representative for remote IT teams, performing tasks that require physical presence and technical proficiency. Your responsibilities will include hardware management, cabling and connectivity, troubleshooting and diagnostics, maintenance and repairs, remote team collaboration, documentation and reporting, inventory and auditing, emergency response, and ensuring safety and compliance.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years in network/telecom support, field service, or data center operations.
Preferred:
- Technical school training or relevant experience preferred.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or CCNA are beneficial.
