About the Role
As an Associate Attorney, you will maintain and supervise a heavy and diversified caseload of the Firm’s clients in North Dakota. Your responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda, communicating with clients and opposing parties, and conducting legal research on various consumer law issues. This position requires effective communication with the main office in New York via electronic means and may involve travel for court appearances.
About You
Required:
- Currently admitted to practice law in North Dakota.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm.
- Superior organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
Preferred:
- Multiple-state admission is a big PLUS.
- Strong legal research skills, with proficiency in LexisNexis.
