Pacific Defense is seeking a Cloud and End User Support Specialist to join their team in El Segundo, CA. The role involves supporting Microsoft 365 platforms and providing technical assistance to end-users in the defense industry.
About the Role
As a Cloud and End User Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing support for Microsoft 365 applications, and ensuring a high-quality end-user experience. You will also assist in system administration tasks and contribute to technical documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
About You
Required:
5-7 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, preferably in the defense industry.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and network infrastructure.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Eligibility to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
Preferred:
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel or other SIEM tools.
Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and IT service management frameworks.
Knowledge of defense industry-specific software and security protocols.
