Northeast Family Services is seeking an HBTS Clinician - Clinical Supervisor to join their team in Warwick, RI. The role involves working with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise direct treatment.
About the Role
As an HBTS Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, providing family consultations and trainings, and supervising direct treatment. You will also complete all required documentation for ongoing treatment, including writing progress reports and developing treatment methodologies. The position offers a flexible schedule with opportunities to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
About You
Required:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field of study.
Active clinical license - LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT.
Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle.
Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs.
Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
