About You
- 7–10+ years of experience in the life insurance industry.
- Background in insurance marketing, distribution, product support, or operations.
- Experience working with independent agents, broker-dealers, or financial advisors.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and distribution models.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into strategic action.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
