As the Director, Technical Operations Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the long-term Tech Ops strategy aligned with corporate objectives, translating strategy into actionable plans, leading scenario planning and network design, overseeing make-versus-buy analyses, shaping a global people and capability development strategy, and monitoring department performance against strategic goals.
