About the Role
As the Founding Account Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, including research, prospecting, cold outreach, discovery, demos, pilots, and closing new customers. You will build and manage a high-velocity outbound sales engine targeting regulated enterprises and insurance buyers, while collaborating closely with the CEO and founding team to shape the sales strategy and create a repeatable sales playbook.
About You
Required:
- 3–7 years in B2B SaaS sales with a strong track record as a hunter/closer.
- Experience in building and managing a sales pipeline and running outbound sequences.
- Consistent history of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
Preferred:
- Experience selling into operations, CX, or revenue leaders, particularly in banking or insurance.
- Strong discovery and communication skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Builder mindset with a willingness to create initial sales materials and strategies.
