About the Role
As a LCSW Pediatric Palliative Care, you will engage in advanced clinical social work practice, applying specialized knowledge and skills in prevention, assessment, and treatment of mental and emotional disorders. You will participate in multi-disciplinary treatment planning, coordinate complex discharge plans, and provide resources to patients and families while maintaining patient records and communicating critical information to the medical team.
About You
Required:
- Master's in social work (MSW)
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of practice and able to engage in independent practice.
- 5 years of related experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in a medical social work field.
