About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Specialist (ABA), you will be responsible for conducting clinical record reviews, liaising with providers, and assessing member needs to ensure effective care delivery. Your daily tasks will include monitoring treatment progress, addressing barriers to care, and fostering collaborative relationships to improve behavioral health services.
About You
Required:
Current and valid behavioral health license such as LPC, LCSW, BCBA, or LMFT in the state of Oklahoma.
Master's degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, counseling, human relations, clinical/direct practice social work, or a closely related field with at least 300 hours of applied clinical practicum and one year post-master's experience.
Preferred:
Certifications such as Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS), Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) Certification, or Project Management Professional (PMP).
Experience with SoonerCare, state or federal government work, integrated healthcare delivery systems, Autism or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, utilization management, and care coordination.
